Opening hours

Response times

We reply to email within 48 hours. If your parcel has arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the item so the replacement can be arranged in a single exchange. If a parcel has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
